LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, changes the way we think about how buildings and communities are planned designed, maintained and operated. Projects earn points across several areas that address sustainability issues and depending on the points achieved will receive one of the four levels of LEED certification: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. LEED certified buildings are resource efficient and use less water and reduce greenhouse gas emissions which saves money.
Our LEED Green Associates will work with you from the very beginning of your project to design, implement and maintain the diversion and recycling of all building materials onsite. We provide waste diversion reports that break out each load based on weight, type of material, and percentage of material diverted. Our reports can be provided on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis to assist with the documentation required for LEED.

As members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Construction and Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA) we know the importance of diverting construction materials from the landfill, using recyclable building materials and conserving our natural resources. It was our passion, dedication and commitment to the environment for us to open North Texas’ first Single Stream Construction Recycling Facility (MRF). Our facility allows all contractors to commingle or single stream all building materials into one container which means NO MORE SOURCE SEPARATION OF MATERIAL!
