North Texas’ First Single Stream C&D Recycling Facility

LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, changes the way we think about how buildings and communities are planned, designed, maintained and operated. Projects earn points across several areas that address sustainability issues and depending on the points achieved will receive one of the four levels of LEED certification: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. LEED certified buildings are resource efficient and use less water and reduce greenhouse gas emissions which saves money.

As members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Construction and Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA) we know the importance of diverting construction materials from the landfill, using recyclable building materials and conserving our natural resources. It was our passion, dedication and commitment to the environment for us to open North Texas’ first Single Stream Construction Recycling Facility (MRF). Our facility accepts single stream construction debris into one container meaning NO MORE SOURCE SEPARATION OF MATERIAL!
